Call for papers
The Organizing Committee invites interested authors to submit abstracts for consideration for presentation at the conference. Abstracts should be between 250 and 300 words in length and must relate to the conference theme. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive instructions for preparing full papers. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings and program, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper. The official languages of the conference are English and Croatian.
The Open Conference System will be used to manage the 4CroCEE event. In case you have any issues registering in the system or submitting your abstract, please contact crocee@grad.hr.

Publishing and Indexing
All accepted papers will be published in full length in digital format the 4CroCEE Conference Proceedings. DOI number (Digital Object Identifier) will be assigned to each published paper.

Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Accepted full papers will be published in the 4CroCEE Conference Proceedings in digital form (on a USB).
